➢ Designation: Fire & Safety Officer

➢Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor fire prevention and safety procedures at project sites.
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments and hazard identification and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Ensure compliance with applicable fire, construction and occupational safety regulations.
- Monitor fire-fighting equipment, emergency exits, evacuation routes and emergency arrangements.
- Ensure safe working practices for hot work, electrical work, work at height and other high-risk activities.
- Manage and monitor the work permit system for applicable activities.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, fire drills and safety training for workers and contractors.
- Ensure proper PPE availability and usage at site.
- Report and investigate accidents,



fire incidents and near misses and recommend preventive measures.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, training records, incident reports and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, contractors and clients on safety-related matters.
- Immediately report or stop unsafe work where there is a serious risk to people, property or the project.

➢ Education

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Fire & Safety, Industrial Safety, Civil, Mechanical or related discipline.
- Relevant certification in Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety will be preferred.

➢ Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Fire & Safety / HSE, preferably in interior fit-out, construction, commercial or MEP projects.
- Strong knowledge of site safety practices and the ability to work independently at project sites
