We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our E-commerce & Trading Business.
Responsibilities:

- Outbound & inbound customer calling
- Follow-up on enquiries, leads & orders
- Explain products, prices & offers
- Generate & convert leads into sales
- Handle customer queries through Call & WhatsApp
- Follow up with dealers, retailers & customers
- Maintain customer records in Excel/CRM
- Coordinate with sales, packing & dispatch teams

Requirements:

- 0–3 years experience; Freshers can apply
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi & Gujarati
- Basic English communication preferred
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets & WhatsApp
- Good convincing & negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Sales-oriented and target-focused

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
