Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. The role covers the entire process from defining requirements to visualizing and creating graphics across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for social media posts, web pages, newsletters, brochures, logos, and advertisements using tools like Photoshop and Illustrator
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the team across a wide range of design projects
- Plan concepts by studying relevant information, materials, and market trends
- Obtain input from management to ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations
- Develop recent layouts and illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts before finalizing
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities
- Design and create materials for print collateral including hoardings, flex banners, and brochures

Technical Requirements





- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator — proficiency is essential
- CorelDRAW — especially for print, hoarding, and flex work
- Adobe InDesign — for layouts and print material
- Canva — for quick digital content creation
- MS Office — basic proficiency required
- Figma — knowledge is an added advantage

Requirements

- 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design work
- Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field preferred
- Excellent eye for detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of current design trends and best practices
