About the Role

We’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into engaging visual stories.

You’ll work across motion graphics, social media content, reels, digital ads and brand campaigns, bringing static designs to life through animation, movement and storytelling.

What You’ll Do

- Create engaging motion graphics, reels, social media videos and digital ads
- Animate creative concepts using Adobe After Effects
- Design and animate kinetic typography, transitions, explainers and branded content
- Collaborate with designers, content strategists, copywriters and video editors
- Convert static social media creatives into engaging motion content
- Develop visual concepts, storyboards and animation styles
- Create content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms
- Work on brand campaigns, promotional content and advertising creatives
- Keep up with current motion design, social media and visual content trends
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all motion and visual assets
- Handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
- Take feedback positively and iterate quickly to improve the final output

Must-Have Skills

- 2+ years of experience in motion graphics/design, preferably in an agency or creative setting
- Strong command of Adobe After Effects
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro




- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, layout and visual hierarchy
- Experience creating content for social media, ads, reels and campaigns
- Good understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing and transitions
- Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a creative team
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to iterate

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of 3D animation using Blender/Cinema 4D
- Basic understanding of sound design and audio syncing
- Experience with brand campaigns and digital advertising
- Knowledge of current social media content formats and trends
- Interest in experimenting with new creative and AI-powered tools
