About the Role

We are looking for a Career Development Executive/Officer to join our Sales team. This is an end-to-end sales role where you will connect with working professionals interested in upskilling, understand their career goals, and guide them through our program offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect daily with working professionals from leads provided through our CRM system to build a pipeline of prospective students
- Understand each prospect's career goals and recommend suitable programs based on their interests
- Conduct counselling sessions via phone, video call, or in-person meetings to explain program details, curriculum, and enrollment process




- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to closure
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets

Requirements

- Prior experience in sales, business development, or counselling is preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable with a target-driven, outbound calling environment
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Work Details

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
