Job Overview

We are looking for Customer Support Executives for the Airtel Black Voice Process. The role involves handling customer calls, assisting with service requests, resolving account and plan-related concerns, and providing quality customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and service requests.
- Understand and resolve account and plan-related concerns.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Ensure quality customer service during every interaction.
- Update customer interaction records as required.




- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good customer service and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a voice-based customer support environment.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Training Details

- Training Duration: 45 Days
- Training Stipend: ₹400 per day
- Training and process guidelines will be provided as part of the onboarding process.

Compensation & Work Schedule

- Salary up to ₹18,500 CTC per month, based on interview performance.
- 5 days working.
- 2 rotational week offs.
- Rotational shifts.

Pay: Up to ₹18,500.00 per month
