Job Summary

A Project Order Execution job involves managing the end-to-end process of fulfilling client orders, acting as the bridge between sales, production, and logistics. Key responsibilities include order processing, vendor coordination, monitoring timelines, ensuring quality standards, and managing documentation to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Support in the Installation and commissioning of machinery at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Management

Kick-off meetings, project scheduling/network diagrams, customer bills of materials, handover of orders to Assembly, order controlling, machine documentation, detailed planning and technical clarification with customers—incl. layout approval—assembly debriefings, and management of trade fair and loan equipment. Monitoring inventory level including safety stock and successfully achieved inventory goals through raw material planning, child parts, WIP, FG and optimum utilization of resources.

2. Team Leadership: Coordinate with the internal resources and cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Production, Purchase, Programmer, Finance, Quality and Customer support) for executing the work. Monthly monitoring progress, Risk & Critical issue and discuss with Top Management with proposed plan.

3. Coordination: Coordinating and supervising the Production team and ensuring that materials availability on time for delivering the project on time. Provide training to operators to enhance their skills. Acting as a liaison between sales teams, production units, and clients to align project goals. Provide training to operators to enhance their skills.

4. Testing & Commissioning

- Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) to ensure functionality before deployment.




- Perform on-site installation, startup, and commissioning of systems.

5. Commissioning

Scheduling with customers, handover to the Commissioning Technician, technical support/supervision of the commissioning process up to the point of defect-free final acceptance by the customer, commissioning debriefings.

6. Operations

Established manufacturing processes and develop Standard Operating Procedure. Create Continuous Improvement Culture to achieve the excellence and maintain 5s in production area. Manpower handling, Close monitoring on Productivity and utilization of Manpower. Taking actions on quality issues observed on the parts received and handling customer complaints.

7. Cost Optimization

Driving cost reduction through localization of various parts to maintain overall competitiveness.

8. Documentation:

Create and maintain technical documentation including operations manual related to each project orders. Preparing of dispatch documents.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 4–7 years' experience in Project/Order executions/Order management/Supply chain operations with team handling in shop floor.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Management skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites for commissioning and on-site troubleshooting (if require).

- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments
- Knowledge of ISO-9001 documents and experience of facing external audit.
- Error-free customer order bill of materials
- Variance between preliminary and final costing <5%
