- Drive gold loan business growth by meeting sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Lead, train, and motivate the branch team to ensure high performance.

- Ensure compliance with NBFC guidelines and manage risks effectively.
- Monitor and improve branch profitability.
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Experience: 2-5 years in NBFCs, with mandatory gold loan experience.
- Skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and financial management.
- Other: Proven ability to meet business targets and maintain high ethical standards.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
