Key Responsibilities:
- Explain job opportunities and services offered by Brothers International.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Assist in post recruitment activities (Offer Issuance, Briefing etc)
- Follow up with candidates.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets.
- Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate with good communication skills (Malayalam, English, Hindi preferred).
- Prior telecalling/telemarketing experience is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in manpower sourcing company is highly preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
- Energetic, confident, and result-oriented personality.
Locally available candidates are more preferred.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
