Job Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors at the reception.
- Handle incoming calls and provide information about courses, admissions, and institute activities.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students regarding enquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain enquiry, visitor, and call records.
- Coordinate with the counselling and academic team.
- Assist in admission follow-ups and student communication.
- Maintain a professional and positive environment at the reception.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

- Good communication skills in English and Bengali.




- Pleasant personality and confident communication.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Ability to handle calls and interact professionally with students and parents.
- Previous experience in reception, telecalling, counselling, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who is friendly, energetic, responsible, target-oriented, and comfortable interacting with people.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
