Key Responsibilities

✓ Drive sales and revenue growth across the assigned region.

✓ Develop, manage, and expand the dealer and distributor network.

✓ Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, farmers, and key customers.

✓ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

✓ Conduct regular market visits, dealer meetings, farmer interactions, and product demonstrations.

✓ Identify recent market opportunities and develop new territories.

✓ Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products, and market trends.





✓ Ensure effective product availability and market coverage through the dealer network.

Candidate Profile

✓ 2+ years of experience in agricultural machinery/equipment sales.

✓ Strong experience in dealer handling and dealer network development.

✓ Strong knowledge of the Gujarat agricultural market.

✓ Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

✓ Existing dealer/farmer network in Gujarat will be an advantage.
