About the Role

A leading professional consulting firm is looking for a senior Chartered Accountant to lead its Succession Planning & Family Advisory practice, advising business families, promoters and HNIs on succession, estate planning, ownership transition and wealth structuring.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complex succession and estate planning assignments for business families, promoters and HNIs.
- Develop succession strategies aligned with family objectives, business structures and long-term goals.
- Advise on private trusts, Wills, family arrangements, Family Charters, gifts, partition arrangements and holding structures.
- Advise on ownership succession, management succession, business continuity and next-generation transition.
- Evaluate succession implications of M&A;, restructuring, business sales, pre-IPO/IPO and listed-company scenarios.
- Lead analysis of Indian tax, stamp duty, Companies Act, FEMA and SEBI implications.
- Handle assignments involving NRIs, foreign trusts, overseas foundations and foreign assets.
- Review/finalise trust deeds, Wills, shareholder agreements,



Family Charters and other succession documents.
- Lead client discussions and present structuring alternatives and recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal and external tax, legal, regulatory, valuation and transaction specialists.
- Mentor and review the work of junior and mid-level team members.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Succession Planning & Family Advisory practice.

Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in Succession/Estate Planning, Family Business Advisory, Private Client Advisory, Wealth Structuring, Tax Structuring, International Tax or Transaction Advisory.
- Robust client management, technical, drafting and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to independently lead complex advisory assignments.
- Experience advising promoters, business families, HNIs or family offices will be strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹5,000,000.00 - ₹8,000,000.00 per year
