About the Role

We are looking for a Video Editor / Content Creator to join our growing advertising agency and create engaging short-form content, primarily Instagram Reels.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to gain real-world experience, improve their editing skills, and grow creatively while working on actual client projects.

The role is fully remote with flexible working hours. You can work from home and manage your own schedule. The most important expectation is that all assigned videos are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Edit engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos
- Turn raw footage and concepts into compelling social media content
- Add captions, transitions, music, sound effects and other elements where needed
- Follow creative briefs and instructions
- Maintain consistent quality across videos
- Deliver assigned videos within agreed deadlines
- Take feedback positively and improve your work
- Keep up with current Instagram and short-form video trends

What We're Looking For

- Basic knowledge of video editing
- Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, VN,



or similar tools
- Understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication and responsiveness
- Most importantly, reliability and the ability to meet deadlines
