Job Summary

The Executive – SCM Logistics will be responsible for managing end-to-end SCM Department bill processing activities, coordinating with transporters and internal Accounts teams, and ensuring timely processing and payment of transport-related bills.

Key Responsibilities

Create and submit PR, PO and SRN as required.

Submit transporter bills to the Accounts Department for further processing.

Ensure timely arrangement of transporter bills and follow up for their completion.

Coordinate and raise requests for new vendor creation in the specified format.

Ensure timely payments to transport vendors through proper follow-up and coordination.

Handle other SCM/Logistics-related tasks assigned from time to time.

Educational Qualification

B.Com or equivalent qualification.

Required Experience





3–5 years of relevant working experience in the Logistics Department.

Key Skills

Logistics and SCM bill processing

PR, PO and SRN creation

Transporter bill coordination and follow-up

Vendor creation process

Coordination with Accounts and transport vendors

Timely payment follow-up

Valuable documentation and process-following skills

Reporting / Coordination

The role will require regular coordination with:

SCM Department

Accounts Department

Transporters

Vendors

Internal stakeholders involved in procurement and bill processing
