Civil CAD Trainer / Faculty

We are looking for a skilled and motivated CAD/BIM Trainer to conduct training sessions for students, working professionals, and corporate clients in both online and offline modes. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, preparing course materials, evaluating learner performance, and working on real-time projects based on requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and online training sessions as per schedule
- Develop and update course materials, assignments, exercises, and project content
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, assessments, and project reviews
- Provide constructive feedback and resolve learner queries effectively
- Support students in real-time project execution and practical applications
- Work on CAD/BIM projects based on organizational or client requirements
- Stay updated with the latest industry tools, standards, and workflows

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- Practical exposure to CAD/BIM projects




- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage both batch training and one-on-one sessions
- Basic understanding of project workflows and documentation

Experience

- 0–1 year of experience in CAD/BIM projects or training

Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.Arch in:
- Civil Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Architecture

- Passion for teaching and mentoring learners
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
