Job Purpose:
To supervise fabrication activities and ensure quality, productivity, safety and timely completion as per approved drawings and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily fabrication, fitting, cutting and welding activities.
- Allocate manpower and monitor daily production targets.
- Read and understand fabrication/engineering drawings.
- Ensure proper dimensions, alignment, fit-up and welding quality.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design and Stores departments.
- Monitor and reduce rework, rejection and material wastage.
- Maintain daily production and manpower reports.
- Ensure proper use of welding machines, cutting machines and fabrication tools.
- Ensure PPE, safety procedures and 5S compliance.
- Support RCA/CAPA for recurring fabrication quality issues.

Qualification

- DME / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical preferred.




- ITI Fitter/Welder with relevant experience can also be considered.

Experience

- 3–7 years experience in fabrication/welding/manufacturing.
- Heavy fabrication or machinery manufacturing experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
