Job Summary:

The In-House Trainer will be responsible for training and developing service department staff to improve technical knowledge, customer handling skills, process adherence, grooming standards, and overall service performance. The trainer will ensure all employees are aligned with Hyundai standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct induction and regular training sessions for:
- Service Advisors
- Technicians
- CREs
- Floor Coordinators
- Support Staff
- Train staff on:
- Hyundai service processes
- Customer handling & communication
- Product knowledge
- Soft skills & grooming
- CRM & DMS usage
- Complaint handling
- SOP compliance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly training reports.
- Identify training needs through observation and performance analysis.
- Conduct role plays, practical demonstrations, and assessments.
- Monitor employee performance after training and provide feedback.
- Coordinate with department heads for training schedules and improvement plans.
- Ensure all training records and attendance are maintained properly.
- Support recent employee onboarding and orientation programs.




- Assist management in maintaining discipline and professional workplace behavior.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in automobile service/training preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Hyundai service standards will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email, DMS/CRM).
- Leadership and team handling capability.
