- Teach all subjects using child-centered and activity-based teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments and teaching materials.
- Develop students’ academic, communication, creative and social skills.
- Conduct class activities, tests, assessments and remedial support.
- Monitor students’ academic progress and maintain proper records.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning setting.
- Provide individual attention and solve students’ doubts.
- Communicate students’ progress with parents.
- Participate in school events, co-curricular activities and academic programs.
