Key Responsibilities

1. Create high-quality 3D visualizations, architectural renderings, and presentation images for architectural and interior design projects.

2. Develop detailed 3D models based on architectural drawings, design concepts, and project requirements.

3. Prepare realistic interior and exterior views, perspectives, and visual presentations as required.

4. Work closely with Architects and the design team to understand design concepts and translate them into accurate 3D visualizations.

5. Create and modify 3D models using SketchUp and 3ds Max.

6. Produce high-quality rendered images using supported rendering software.

7. Apply appropriate materials, textures,



lighting, furniture, and other elements to create realistic architectural visuals.

8. Use Adobe Photoshop for post-production, image enhancement, compositing, and presentation refinement.

9. Create 3D visualizations and animations as required for project presentations.

10. Ensure all 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations accurately reflect the design intent and project requirements.

11. Coordinate with Architects and the design team to incorporate design changes and revisions into 3D models and visualizations.

12. Maintain high standards of quality, detailing, accuracy, and visual presentation across all project deliverables.

13. Manage multiple visualization assignments and complete work within project timelines.

14. Stay updated with new 3D visualization techniques, rendering tools, software, and industry trends.

Pay: ₹43,000.00 - ₹56,000.00 per month
