About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Practical Accounting & Computer Trainer to support our core faculty at SP Upgrading Yourself. You will act as a solid co-instructor and lab mentor—managing practical computer lab sessions, guiding students through real-world software entries, and providing full backup coverage for theoretical concepts when required.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Practical Lab Mentorship (Primary Focus): Lead and supervise hands-on computer lab sessions, guiding students through practical entries, GST filings, and business compliance tasks.
- ​Software Training: Provide end-to-end practical training on accounting software, including Tally Prime, Marg ERP, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- ​Theory Backup & Teaching (10–20%): Step in to deliver core accounting theory, tax rules, and conceptual lectures as back-up support for the primary mentor.
- ​Student Progress Tracking: Monitor student performance, solve individual practical queries, evaluate assignments, and ensure job-readiness.




- ​Classroom & Lab Management: Ensure smooth operations across interactive panel lectures and thin-client lab environments.

​Qualifications & Skills Required

- ​Educational Background: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (M.Com, B.Com) or MBA (Finance/Operations).
- ​Practical Experience: Proven working knowledge of bookkeeping, GST returns, TDS compliance, balance sheet analysis, and payroll.
- ​Software Expertise: Advanced hands-on proficiency in Tally Prime, Marg ERP, Excel, and accounting utilities.
- ​Teaching Aptitude: Strong communication skills with an ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple, real-world terms.
- ​Mindset: Adaptable, proactive, and willing to work closely as a co-pilot alongside senior faculty.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
