About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering leadership development programs for first-time managers, people managers, and emerging leaders while partnering with business stakeholders to build leadership capability across the organization.

The role involves client coordination, process analysis, documentation, implementation support, training, and project follow-up to ensure successful execution of consulting assignments within defined timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute consulting deliverables at client locations as per project plan
- Conduct process mapping, process analysis, and data collection
- Prepare SOPs, Job Descriptions, Organization Structures, manuals, and project documentation
- Work closely with client management and internal consulting teams to implement agreed HR solutions.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Develop and implement process flows, SOPs, HR frameworks, and workflow documentation
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
- Partner with HR, business leaders, and external vendors to implement leadership development initiatives.




- Prepare project closure reports and documentation upon completion of assignments.
- Support clients in assessing their organisational structure, roles, responsibilities, and workforce requirements
- Support succession planning and talent development programs.
- Assist in developing KRA/KPI frameworks and performance measurement systems.
- Prepare gap analysis reports and recommend corrective/improvement measures.
- Conduct HR process reviews and HR audits for client organizations.
- Process Maps & Process Flows, Organization Structure & Role Mapping
- Qualification:

Skills Required

- Robust communication and client handling skills
- Documentation and reporting skills
- Process-oriented and analytical mindset
- Problem-solving and follow-up discipline
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Exposure to CRM / ERP / business process documentation is preferred

Eligibility

- MBA / MSW/ Engineering Cum MBA
- HR Consulting, Project Management, Organization Development, HR Transformation, Process Consulting, or Operations.
- Tamil & English communication preferred
- Willingness to travel for client visits across Tamilnadu.
- Experience in a client-facing consulting environment and handling multiple HR projects will be an added advantage.
