About the Role

We are looking for a *proactive, organized, and customer-focused Inside Sales Intern who will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, coordinating orders, handling follow-ups, and maintaining accurate customer and sales records.

This is *not a pure tele-calling role*. You will be a key point of contact for our dealers and customers and will work closely with the *Sales, Accounts, Inventory, and Warehouse teams * to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

*Customer & Dealer Relationship Management*

* Manage regular communication with dealers, distributors, retailers, and EPC customers.

* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

* Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

* Provide timely updates on pricing, stock availability, orders, and dispatches.

*Order Coordination & Customer Support*

* Receive and coordinate customer orders from confirmation to dispatch.

* Coordinate with Accounts, Inventory, and Warehouse teams for stock availability, invoicing, approvals, and dispatch.

* Follow up on order confirmations and delivery schedules.

* Handle customer service requests and coordinate issue resolution.

*CRM & ERP Management*

* Maintain accurate customer, dealer, lead, quotation, and order records.

* Update customer interactions, inquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities in the company's systems.

* Ensure customer and sales information is properly documented and updated.

* Maintain organized records and generate follow-up lists and reports as required.





* Develop a good working understanding of the company's *ERP and CRM processes *.

*Follow-Ups & Collection Support*

* Follow up on quotations, pending orders, and customer requirements.

* Coordinate with the Accounts team for outstanding payment follow-ups.

* Support timely collections while maintaining positive customer relationships.

*Business Development Support*

* Identify potential dealers, retailers, and channel partners through market research and referrals.

* Support lead generation and business expansion activities.

* Schedule customer meetings and product discussions for senior management when required.

What We’re Looking For

* Graduate in any discipline — *B.Com, BBA, BMS, BA, or equivalent*.

* *1–3 years of experience* in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, CRM Operations, Telecalling, or Business Development.

* Basic understanding of *ERP/CRM systems and digital business processes*.

* Good communication skills in *Marathi, Hindi, and English*.

* Basic proficiency in *MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication*.

* Strong follow-up, coordination, and relationship-management skills.

* Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.

* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
