TransJet Cargo is looking for a hands-on Senior Business Process Transformation Lead to drive process improvement, technology adoption, automation, and AI-led transformation across our growing logistics operations.

Location: Sector 62, Noida — In office
Work Schedule: US Time Zone / US Shift

What You'll Own

- Analyze real-world workflows across freight, logistics, operations, billing & customer service
- Identify bottlenecks, duplicate work, process gaps & opportunities for automation
- Redesign workflows and build scalable future-state processes
- Convert business problems into clear requirements, process maps, user stories & implementation scopes
- Evaluate and implement TMS, CRM, automation, reporting & AI-enabled solutions
- Work closely with engineering, vendors, automation teams & business stakeholders
- Build KPIs and reporting to measure operational improvements




- Present recommendations and transformation plans directly to senior leadership

What We're Looking For

- 7+ years in Business Transformation / Business Analysis / Process Excellence / Operations Transformation
- Strong exposure to Logistics / Freight / Transportation / Supply Chain
- Experience with TMS/ERP/CRM and workflow technologie
- Strong process mapping, root-cause analysis & requirements gathering skills
- Hands-on understanding of automation, AI & digital transformation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working with US-based teams and leadershipThis is not a ticket-taking analyst role.
