About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment and ensuring timely closure of open positions across different departments and locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with the concerned teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and regularly update the recruitment tracker/MIS.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
- Coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Maintain proper recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Support bulk hiring and urgent hiring requirements whenever required.




- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Valuable understanding of the recruitment process.
- Experience in sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple requirements.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Candidates from Real Estate, BFSI, Consultancy, or other target-driven industries will be preferred.
