We are looking for a Procurement / Purchase Executive to manage end-to-end purchasing, vendor sourcing, negotiations, and timely procurement of materials and services for events and exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source and procure materials, products, equipment, and services.
* Identify, onboard, and manage vendors and suppliers.
* Obtain and compare quotations based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
* Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions.
* Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase records.
* Coordinate with production, operations, design, and project teams.
* Track orders and ensure timely delivery as per project requirements.
* Monitor material quality and resolve vendor-related issues.
* Conduct market research and identify cost-effective sourcing options.
* Handle urgent procurement requirements during event execution.
Desired Candidate Profile:
* 2–8 years of experience in Procurement, Purchase, Vendor Management, Events, Exhibitions, or Production.
* Experience in the Events & Exhibitions industry is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
