The International Lead Generation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying current international business leads through online research, databases, social platforms, and industry resources. The executive will reach out to prospective clients via email, phone, and professional networking channels to introduce Traincape’s services and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team. Daily activities include maintaining and updating lead databases, tracking outreach efforts, and preparing basic reports on pipeline status and conversion rates. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine targeting criteria, support campaigns, and ensure consistent messaging to prospects.

Qualifications

- Freshers are required.
- Excellent Communication skills,



including clear written English for international client outreach.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to handle initial objections, nurture interest, and coordinate with the sales team for closures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online research platforms to manage and track lead activities.
- Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in IT services, training, or B2B/B2C outsourcing is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
