Role Overview:

IIM SKILLS is looking for a Data Analyst with strong expertise in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence, along with the ability to mentor students, conduct training sessions, and contribute to data-driven product development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business data and generate actionable insights.
- Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Mentor students on analytics projects and provide career guidance.
- Conduct classes and practical training on Data Analytics tools and concepts.
- Collaborate with product teams on data-driven product improvements.
- Track business/product KPIs and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with academic and internal teams.




- Present insights clearly to stakeholders and students.

Required Skills:

- 6–7 years of experience in Data Analytics/BI.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau and data visualization.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is preferred.
- Understanding of product analytics will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
