Key Responsibilities:

 Deliver training sessions on soft skills, communication skills, and English language proficiency

 Conduct interview preparation sessions including mock interviews and personality development  Assess trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback

 Develop and customize training materials as per program requirements

 Support candidates in improving interpersonal and professional communication skills

 Maintain training records, reports, and documentation

 Collaborate with internal teams for training-related activities and program execution  Willingness to travel locally as required for training delivery

Eligibility Criteria:  Qualification: Graduate / MBA

 Total 3 -4 Years’ Experience  Experience: Minimum 2 year of operational or relevant training experience

 Languages: Positive command over English, Hindi, and local language

Required Skills:



 Strong communication and presentation skills

 Good interpersonal and mentoring abilities  Knowledge of training methodologies and activities

 Ability to engage and manage diverse groups of learners

 Adaptability and willingness to travel

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
