About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate (Pre-Sales) Intern to join our team.

You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, handling inbound leads, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales process. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build practical experience in business development, sales, and client communication within a creative/digital agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential customers.
- Handle inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Support the conversion of leads into potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects.
- Coordinate with the marketing and internal teams for lead conversion.
- Maintain daily lead and follow-up reports.
- Track assigned targets and regularly update the team on progress.

Requirements





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, and client handling.
- Good follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or creative agency services is an advantage.

Experience

- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, pre-sales, or a digital agency will be preferred.
