Hiring : International Customer Support Associate (Voice / Blended / Chat)

Job Overview -

- Role: Customer Support Executive / Associate
- Industry: International BPO
- Work Location: Pune (Aundh & Viman Nagar)
- Experience: 0 to 5 Years (Freshers and Experienced are welcome)
- Salary Range: 3.5 LPA to 6 LPA (plus lucrative performance incentives and allowances)
- Shifts: Rotational / US shifts

Roles and Responsibilities -

- Handle inbound/outbound international calls, emails, or live chat sessions to resolve customer queries or complaints.
- Provide accurate and prompt information regarding company products and services.
- Maintain standard Turnaround Time (TAT) and high first-contact resolution rates.
- Document customer interactions, transactions,



and feedback accurately in the internal databases.

Mandatory requirements -

- Eligible : HSC pass/Graduates
- Excellent communication skills (Fluent English)
- Comfortable with night shifts
- Available for F2F round, no virtual interview
- Only immediate joiners
