We are looking for a detail-oriented skilled to review and investigate court check cases. The role involves handling flagged cases, verifying mismatched or inconclusive results, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with defined SOPs and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and validate red cases flagged by the team.
- Re-check inconclusive or mismatched results using court records and other relevant sources.
- Investigate discrepancies thoroughly and document findings accurately.
- Prepare accurate reports and provide feedback to improve evaluation quality and accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Experience & Skills

- Experience in Court Checks, Background Verification (BGV), or Criminal Record Evaluation is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and court systems will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with confidential information with integrity.

Pay: ₹10,845.27 - ₹31,695.62 per month
