Job Summary
Fidicon Devices India Private Limited is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage and oversee the complete HR function of the organization.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in factory HR, recruitment, employee documentation, employee induction, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, HR policies, labour laws, performance management, training and ISO documentation.
The candidate should be capable of independently managing HR operations in a manufacturing environment and ensuring compliance with applicable statutory and company requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesFactory HR & Statutory Compliance
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for the factory.
- Maintain statutory HR records and documentation as applicable under the Factories Act and labour laws.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, overtime and other statutory records.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with labour consultants and government authorities when required.
- Prepare HR documents and records for statutory inspections and audits.
Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Manage the complete recruitment process from manpower requisition to joining.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
- Prepare and update Job Descriptions.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and selection processes.
- Manage offer, joining and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and manpower records.
Employee Documentation
- Maintain complete and accurate employee personnel files.
- Ensure proper collection and verification of employee documents.
- Maintain appointment letters, employee records, educational certificates and other relevant documents.
- Maintain records related to promotions, transfers, increments, disciplinary actions and employee separation.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper control of employee information.
Employee Induction & Onboarding
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding programs.
- Explain company policies, rules, procedures and benefits to current employees.
- Coordinate induction with Production, Quality, Safety and other departments.
- Ensure completion of joining formalities and required documentation.
- Maintain induction and training records.
Payroll & Attendance
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and verify payroll inputs.
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, incentives and deductions.
- Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for timely salary processing.
- Coordinate applicable statutory payroll requirements such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and TDS.
- Resolve employee queries related to attendance and payroll.
HR Policies & Employee Relations
- Develop, implement and periodically review HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure HR policies are aligned with applicable labour laws.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain proper records of disciplinary actions.
- Advise management on HR-related legal risks and liabilities.
- Maintain positive employee relations and workplace discipline.
Performance Management
- Implement and manage the employee performance appraisal process.
- Develop and monitor KRA/KPI in coordination with department heads.
- Coordinate periodic and annual performance reviews.
- Maintain performance appraisal records.
- Identify performance gaps and implement Performance Improvement Plans where required.
- Support management in promotions, increments, transfers and employee development.
Training & Development
- Identify employee training and competency requirements.
- Prepare and maintain training plans.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training, attendance, evaluation and competency records.
- Monitor training effectiveness.
ISO Documentation
- Maintain HR documentation required for ISO/QMS/QEHS systems.
- Maintain employee competency, training, induction and performance records.
- Ensure proper document control and record retention.
- Coordinate with the Quality/QA team during internal and external audits.
- Provide HR records and supporting documents during ISO audits.
- Ensure timely closure of HR-related audit observations and corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Law or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
- Additional certification in Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance or HR Management will be an advantage.
Required Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant HR experience.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/factory environment is preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in factory HR, statutory compliance, recruitment, payroll and ISO documentation will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on HR professional who can independently manage factory HR operations, employee relations, statutory compliance, recruitment, payroll coordination and ISO-related HR documentation.
Experience handling blue-collar as well as white-collar employees in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
