Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualification:

- Graduation in Hospitality / Hotel Management
- OR Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management
- Only candidates with a Hospitality / Hotel Management qualification will be considered.

Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
- Candidates with experience in 4-Star / 5-Star Hotels or Fine-Dining Restaurants will be preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Managerial / Supervisory / Team Leader role.
- Experience in Guest Relations, F&B; Operations, Restaurant Operations, Front Office, or Guest Services will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day cinema operations and ensure smooth functioning of all operational areas.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate frontline teams to deliver premium customer service.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience across Box Office, F&B;, Guest Services, and other customer-facing areas.
- Monitor show readiness, auditorium standards, cleanliness, grooming, safety, and overall cinema presentation.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Conduct regular operational rounds and proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, F&B;, and other departments.
- Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, service standards,



safety guidelines, and operational policies.
- Manage staff deployment, shift planning, productivity, discipline, grooming, and team performance.
- Monitor cash handling, sales, inventory, and other operational activities as assigned.
- Train and coach team members on hospitality standards, customer service, grooming, and SOPs.
- Support the Centre Head / Unit Head in achieving business and operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, fire safety, security, and emergency procedures.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for a hospitality professional from a 4-Star / 5-Star Hotel or Fine-Dining Restaurant background, with strong experience in guest service, team management, and day-to-day operations, who can deliver a premium hospitality experience to PVR INOX guests.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
