Role Overview:

As a Talent Management Lead, you will own the end-to-end growth and career trajectory of the creators on

our roster.

You will be the strategic point of contact between creators and brands, ensuring long-term relationships,

consistent brand opportunities, and structured career growth for every talent under your management.

This role requires someone who has already navigated the influencer marketing ecosystem and can lead

with both strategy and hustle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of creators, acting as their primary point of contact for career and brand-

related decisions.

Build and execute personalized growth strategies for each creator based on their niche, audience, and

market potential.

Identify, pitch, and close brand collaboration opportunities on behalf of managed talent.

Negotiate rates, contracts, and deliverables between creators and brands.

Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with creators to ensure long-term exclusive association.

Track campaign performance, creator growth metrics, and market trends to

inform strategy.





Acquiring the right creators into Grath's roster

The lead is supposed to be managing a robust team of Acquisition &

Management both

Collaborate with the Business Development and Campaign Management

teams to align talent opportunities with brand requirements.

Mentor and guide junior team members on talent management best practices.

Eligibility

2-3 years of experience in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, or a

closely related role.

Prior experience working with a talent management agency or influencer

marketing agency is mandatory.

Proven experience managing creator/talent relationships and closing brand

deals. Robust understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, creator

economy, and brand partnership dynamics.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai (on-site role, Goregaon West).

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
