Job Summary:-

A4 Fertility & Maternity Centres is looking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our clinical team. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting doctors and clinical teams, monitoring patients, administering medications, maintaining clinical documentation, and ensuring compliance with hospital nursing protocols.

Freshers with B.Sc. Nursing / DGNM / GNM who are interested in building their career in Fertility, Maternity, NICU, and Labour OT are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Provide quality and compassionate nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and overall clinical condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the treating doctor.
- Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, examinations, and clinical interventions.
- Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure nursing care.
- Support patients undergoing fertility, maternity, and women's healthcare treatments.
- Assist the clinical team during Labour OT procedures and maternity-related interventions as required.
- Provide nursing support and monitoring for newborns/NICU patients under the guidance of the clinical team.




- Observe patients closely and immediately report any changes in their condition to the doctor or Nursing In-charge.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records, medication charts, and other clinical documentation.
- Follow infection-control practices and maintain proper hygiene and patient safety standards.
- Ensure nursing equipment and required clinical supplies are available and properly maintained.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding basic care instructions as advised by the clinical team.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, laboratory, pharmacy, and other hospital departments.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing support.
- Ensure proper handover of patient information and pending clinical requirements during shift changes.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
- Follow hospital SOPs, nursing protocols, safety guidelines, and infection-control standards.

Qualification

- B.Sc. Nursing – Preferred
- DGNM / GNM – Preferred
- Valid Nursing Council registration is mandatory.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with relevant hospital experience may also be considered.

Experience

- Freshers are preferred.
- Candidates with 0–15 years of experience in hospitals, maternity centres,



fertility centres, NICU, Labour OT, or women's healthcare will be considered.

- Willingness to learn and develop clinical skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

- Freshers with B.Sc. Nursing / DGNM / GNM are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates who are interested in learning and gaining practical exposure in NICU and Labour OT are also welcome to apply, even if they do not have prior experience in these areas.
- Candidates should have a genuine interest in Fertility, Maternity, NICU, and Women's Healthcare.
- Training and learning opportunities will be provided based on the hospital's clinical requirements.

Candidate Should be Adaptable for Rotational Shift Including Night Shift.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
