Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have completed B.Pharm or D.Pharm and possess a valid State Pharmacy Council Registration.

The Lab Technician will be responsible for supporting laboratory operations, maintaining laboratory equipment and records, assisting in testing and analysis activities, and ensuring compliance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Freshers with strong academic knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Perks

- Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹39,000 per month

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform routine laboratory tests, procedures, and assigned technical activities as per established protocols.
- Assist in sample collection, labeling, handling, storage, and documentation.
- Prepare laboratory reagents, solutions, media, and other materials as required.
- Operate, maintain, and ensure proper handling of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities, observations, test results, and reports.
- Ensure proper cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and laboratory protocols.
- Maintain proper inventory of laboratory chemicals, consumables, reagents, and other materials.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Assist senior laboratory professionals in research, testing, analysis, and other technical activities.
- Report any deviations,



equipment issues, or safety concerns to the concerned supervisor.
- Ensure proper disposal of laboratory waste as per applicable safety guidelines.
- Participate in training programmes, workshops, quality initiatives, and other professional development activities.
- Coordinate effectively with team members and other departments for smooth laboratory operations.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm or D.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Mandatory: Valid registration with the respective State Pharmacy Council.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of laboratory procedures, pharmaceutical practices, and quality standards.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) will be preferred.
- Ability to operate and handle basic laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and organizational procedures.
- Candidates with relevant internship, laboratory, hospital, pharmaceutical, or healthcare experience will be preferred.
