1. Planning Part -

Prepare project master schedule using Primavera P6 / MS ProjectBreak down the project into WBS - activity wise timelineTrack daily / weekly progress vs plannedPrepare catch-up plans if work is delayedConduct site meetings and give look-ahead plan for next 2 weeks / 1 monthCoordinate with execution, purchase, and client for resource planningPrepare labour, material, machinery requirement as per planPrepare MIS reports, S-curves, progress reports for client & management

2. Billing Part -

Prepare and check Client Billing / RA Bills as per site measurement

Prepare Sub-contractor bills and verify measurements (MB)Do rate analysis, extra item, non-tender item claimsPrepare BOQ, BBS, and quantity estimation from drawingsDo reconciliation of steel, cement, concrete, and other materialsHandle variation statements and cost overrun reportsFollow up with client for bill certification and paymentMaintain billing tracker and cost sheet

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
