Programme Coordinator

Location: Panniyankara, Vadakkencherry, Palakkad & Thrissur

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and committed Programme Coordinator to support the implementation and coordination of social development programmes. The role involves regular field visits, community engagement, beneficiary management, programme coordination, documentation, and ensuring the timely and effective completion of assigned activities.

The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for social work, strong communication and coordination skills, willingness to undertake field work, and the ability to work independently while effectively engaging with beneficiaries, communities, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and implement social development programmes and field activities.
- Undertake regular field visits and coordinate activities across assigned programme locations.
- Engage with beneficiaries, community members, local stakeholders, and other relevant groups.
- Manage beneficiary interactions, follow-ups, records, and programme-related requirements.
- Coordinate programme activities and ensure their timely and effective implementation.
- Monitor field activities, identify gaps or challenges, and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate programme documentation, reports, records, and field updates.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with beneficiaries, communities, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of programmes.
- Ensure assigned activities are completed within the stipulated timelines and required quality standards.
- Undertake field-based data collection, verification, follow-ups, and other programme-related activities as required.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Qualification & Experience

- MSW (Master of Social Work) is mandatory.
- Relevant experience in social work, community development, programme coordination,



NGO/CSR projects, or beneficiary management will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in field-based social development programmes will have an added advantage.
- Should have a genuine passion for social work and community engagement.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Should be willing to undertake regular field work and travel as part of the role.
- Valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Candidate should have access to a personal vehicle – minimum two-wheeler – for field visits.
- Knowledge of Thrissur District and its local areas/communities will be an added advantage.
- Candidates residing in Thrissur District may be preferred based on operational requirements.

The ideal candidate should be passionate, proactive, responsible, and people-oriented, with a strong interest in social development and community engagement. The candidate should be comfortable working in the field, interacting with beneficiaries and communities, coordinating multiple activities, maintaining proper documentation, and completing assigned responsibilities within the required timelines.

Operational Locations: Panniyankara, Palakkad & Thrissur

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
