Job Title: .NET Architect / Technical Lead

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced .NET Architect / Technical Lead with robust expertise in .NET Core, C#, software architecture, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing scalable applications, making architecture-level decisions, and leading development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and define enterprise-level software architecture and technical solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers.
- Develop scalable applications using C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+ and Web API.
- Define coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure application quality, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with business, product, and technical stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural solutions.




- Guide the team throughout the complete SDLC.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API.
- Strong knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, SQL Server, and Design Patterns.
- Proven experience in Software Architecture / Solution Architecture.
- Experience leading and mentoring a development team.
- Strong understanding of Cloud, CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
