About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with clients, product, development, and QA teams to understand business requirements and improve our AI-powered healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document business and client requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
- Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, Sales, and Support teams.
- Conduct UAT, prepare test cases, identify bugs, and validate fixes.
- Understand client feedback and convert it into product improvements.
- Support product demonstrations, implementation, and client meetings.




- Conduct market and competitor research for product enhancement.
- Maintain product documentation, SOPs, and release notes.

Requirements

- Qualification: B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc., or MBA.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis/Product Management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of UAT, Agile/Scrum, Jira, Excel/Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Healthcare SaaS, HMS, EMR/EHR, or HealthTech is preferred.
- Comfortable with client interaction and occasional travel.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per year
