Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record in the US accounting, tax, and auditing industry. In this role, you will lead our business development efforts, targeting corporate clients, CFOs, and businesses requiring US federal, state, and local tax compliance. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of US individual and business tax, bookkeeping services, and excels at driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

- Drive business growth by identifying, targeting, and securing high-value corporate clients, tax clients, and CFOs.

Sales Strategy & Execution

- Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual target achievements.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor,



and motivate the business development team to optimize performance and achieve sales goals.

Consultative Selling

- Leverage your knowledge of US GAAP accounting, bookkeeping, and tax services to consult with potential clients and provide tailored solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Industry Experience

- Strong background in US Sales specifically within the US tax, auditing, and bookkeeping sectors.

Tax Knowledge

- Comprehensive understanding of US federal, state, and local tax regulations for both individual and business tax structures.

Target Audience Focus

- Proven experience building relationships with corporate stakeholders, decision-makers, and CFO clients.

Core Competencies

- Exceptional skills in sales strategy, pipeline management, business growth, and target achievements.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
