Prism Stone is hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Process – Insurance opportunity supporting IAG.
Candidates should have solid international voice experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to confidently handle international customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer calls related to insurance services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
- Resolve customer queries while following established process guidelines.
- Maintain customer service and quality standards.
- Accurately update customer information and interaction details.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and performance targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in Australia shifts.
- Willing to work from Magarpatta, Pune.
