Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Insurance Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities across Insurance and Financial Products. The role will involve policy processing, documentation, insurer coordination, renewals, client servicing, and maintaining accurate operational records while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle insurance operations including proposal processing, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and servicing.
- Verify client KYC, proposal forms, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with insurers, QBP, Sales, and internal teams for policy processing and resolution of pending cases.
- Track policy timelines, renewals, service requests, and pending cases to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate policy records, KYC, certifications, licenses, and operational trackers.
- Handle client service queries and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Coordinate with Accounts for commission tracking, reconciliation, and payment-related clarifications.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes.




- Identify operational delays or discrepancies and escalate them to the reporting manager.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, insurer guidelines, regulatory requirements, and data confidentiality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in insurance operations, policy processing, insurance back office, or BFSI operations preferred.
- Good understanding of Life, Health, and General Insurance and the insurance policy lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of Mutual Funds and basic investment products preferred.
- Good understanding of KYC, documentation, policy servicing, renewals, and endorsements.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with insurance portals, CRM/ERP systems, or internal trackers preferred.
- Valuable communication skills in local language(s) along with basic English/Hindi communication.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work in a fast-paced startup or multi-brand environment.
- Prior experience in insurance broking or digital insurance platforms preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
