Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate. The role involves interacting with customers, conducting property visits, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Understand customer property requirements.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Convert inquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
