Key Responsibilities

● Create, upload, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, and the company website.

● Write accurate, keyword-optimized product titles, descriptions, and bullet points to improve visibility and search ranking.

● Upload and manage product images, size charts, and other listing content as per platform guidelines.

● Ensure all listings comply with each marketplace's policies, category requirements, and quality standards.

● Monitor live listings for errors, pricing issues, stock mismatches, and content compliance, and fix issues promptly.

● Coordinate with the design and photography team for product images and content assets.

● Track competitor listings, pricing, and category trends to suggest improvements.

● Manage inventory updates, price changes, and promotional listings across all platforms.

● Handle catalog uploads via bulk sheets/templates and troubleshoot upload errors.

● Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment related to listings.

● Prepare regular reports on listing performance, visibility,



and sales trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Graduate in any discipline (preferred: e-commerce, marketing, or fashion-related field).

● 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce listing/catalog management required.

● Working knowledge of e-commerce seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, Myntra Partner Portal, etc.).

● Good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets for bulk uploads and data management.

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

● Basic understanding of SEO principles for product listings.

● Good written English communication skills.

● Ability to multitask and manage listings across multiple platforms and deadlines.

Preferred Attributes

● Interest in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle products.

● Prior experience working with a fashion/apparel brand or online seller.

● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
