We are hiring for Production Planner for a Hydraulic Industry

Location : Chennai

Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 2–4 years

Salary: Up to 6 Lakhs Per Annum

1.Production Planning

# Receive Sales Orders and initiate production planning activities

# Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Stores, Production, Quality, Assembly, and Dispatch teams.

# Track material availability and coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely receipt of raw materials and bought-out items.

# Coordinate with Engineering for timely release of drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documents.

# Follow up with all departments to ensure milestone completion as per project schedule.

2.Production Monitoring

# Monitor machining, welding, assembly, testing, painting, and packing progress.





# Identify delays and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution.

# Escalate critical issues affecting delivery schedules.

# Update production progress against planned schedules

# Monitor dispatch readiness and coordinate with logistics.

#Ensure routing, BOM, and planning master data are updated.

# Coordinate with Stores regarding material shortage

# Prepare & update production plan & Gantt chart

3.Required Skills

# Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

# Knowledge of MS office and SAP

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
