Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our HR team. The candidate will assist with recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations while gaining practical experience in human resource management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment and candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Handle candidate follow-ups and interview scheduling.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee information management.
- Handle day-to-day HR coordination and administrative activities.

Skills & Qualifications

- MBA / PGDM / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
