- Lead and manage the SEO team, assigning tasks and monitoring daily performance.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, leads, and conversions.
- Conduct technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO activities.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify current ranking opportunities.
- Manage website audits, technical SEO issues, indexing, crawling, Core Web Vitals, and site structure.
- Plan and manage content strategies, including blogs, landing pages, and SEO-optimized website content.
- Develop effective link-building and off-page SEO strategies while maintaining backlink quality.
- Monitor performance through Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.




- Prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports and communicate performance, challenges, and growth opportunities to management.
- Review and improve the work of SEO executives and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Train, mentor, and support junior SEO team members.
- Coordinate with content, development, design, and digital marketing teams for SEO implementation.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, AI search, AEO/GEO, and industry best practices.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
