ButlerKart is looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to lead and manage our hospitality service operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth execution of hospitality services

* Lead, coordinate, and manage on-ground staff and service teams

* Coordinate with clients, event planners, and internal teams

* Plan staffing, deployment, schedules, and operational requirements

* Ensure high standards of service, grooming, discipline, and professionalism

* Handle on-ground challenges and resolve operational issues quickly

* Monitor event execution from start to finish

* Ensure client satisfaction and maintain ButlerKart’s service standards

* Coordinate logistics and ensure teams are properly briefed before every assignment





What We’re Looking For

* 2+ years of relevant experience in luxury catering, hospitality, event operations, or a related field preferred

* Strong leadership and team-management skills

* Excellent coordination and communication abilities

* Strong execution and problem-solving skills

* Ability to manage multiple events and teams simultaneously

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-ground operational environment

* Skilled attitude with a strong focus on service quality

* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required

Location: Delhi

Experience: 2+ Years Preferred

pay: Upto ₹1,00,000 per month

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Delhi
