Job Summary

We are seeking motivated MBA Freshers and experienced Business Analysts (up to 5 years) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to gather requirements, document business processes, and work closely with technical teams to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct requirement elicitation sessions with stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams throughout the SDLC.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Assist in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and requirement clarification.
- Participate in UAT planning and support user acceptance testing.
- Prepare process flows, wireframes, and functional documentation where required.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support change management and documentation activities.

Required Skills





- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.
- Valuable understanding of business process analysis.
- Ability to prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and use cases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of SQL (basic to intermediate). Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools. Understanding of UML, BPMN, or process flow diagrams. Exposure to Power BI or Excel dashboards is an added advantage.

EligibilityFor Freshers

MBA (Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Operations, HR, or related specialization). Strong communication and analytical skills. Internship or academic project experience is preferred.

For Experienced Candidates

1–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Experience working with software development teams is preferred. Educational Qualification

MBA (Mandatory) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Pay: ₹4,188.51 - ₹15,303.09 per year
